CREATE PURPOSEFUL CONNECTIONS

We offer events and gatherings that foster growth, joy and healing -- where our members and guests can tangibly experience the love of Jesus.
Members and sister allies are invited to our monthly gathering called "Clubhouse." Usually on the first Saturday of the month, Clubhouse gatherings are where we intentionally build community in an atmosphere that is uplifting, safe and filled with laughter.

Sometimes, Clubhouse has a therapeutic component; sometimes it's educational. But Clubhouse is always fun.
The XChange Retreat is a two-day retreat for our members and sister allies. This special weekend offers space, structure and encouragement for women to reconnect with themselves and the goodness of God. 
Arize Together members develop their Rize Plan through a series of classes with a certified executive coach. Their Rize Plan outlines their near-term goals and identifies achievement strategies.
The Arize Together community gathers for other events like an annual Christmas Party and Summer Camp as well as ongoing extracurricular activities like a weekly Bible study and a walking club with opportunities to learn like Money Worx and weekly financial coaching.

PROVIDE A NETWORK
OF ALLIES

We seek out mission-minded individuals who can offer professional services, personal resources, and social capital to support our members through various needs.
We partner with private, benevolent landlords who are willing to rent to our members below market rate. And starting in 2025, we will offer our  members a rent subsidy program to bridge the gap between the housing market place and what they can afford.
Arize Together partners with employers who offer a safe and healthy work environment to fill open positions with our members. 
Arize Together partners with various professionals to offer our members trustworthy and safe connections to meet their needs. Examples include:
  • Attorneys
  • Mechanics
  • Licensed mental health counselors
  • Realtors
  • Dentists

SUPPORT WITH FINANCIAL RESOURCES

We provide our members with supportive funds that act as safety nets and aid in forward movement.
We offer up to $1,000 per 12-month period to any Arize Together member to subsidize her mental health care. The member pays a pre-determined portion of the negotiated fee with the licensed provider, and we pay the balance. ​
In the spirit of growth and success, Arize Together offers up to $1,000 in a 12-month period to help our vested members fund their goals. Each member expresses her goals through her Rize Plan, and we provide funding to make her aspirations become a reality.  ​
A critical component of long-term recovery is having a safety net when life serves expensive and disruptive surprises. Arize Together provides up to $1,000 annually in incentives to each member annually to build her personal emergency fund.
The Freedom Fund is designed to teach savings habits over one year with a match incentive up to $1,000 per participant. The Freedom Fund is supported by a grant from the Delores Barr Weaver Grassroots Grants Endowment at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida.
