Arize Together started in 2020 with three broken hearts for women who had been sexually exploited and derailed by addiction. Now we’re a community of women committed to moving from surviving that darkness to thriving in the light. We partner with programs in Jacksonville, Florida, that serve survivors of sexual exploitation to foster smooth transitions -- providing opportunities for purposeful connections, a network of allies and continued access to resources. Established much like a club, Arize Together has a membership that is reclaiming joy, talents and healthy living.

"Arize Together embodies strength, love, and community. Anne-Marie Fort
Graduate Student Westminster Theological Seminary Anne-Marie joined our board in 2020 as an inaugural director. “I love helping people get connected to something bigger than themselves and believe in the power of community to produce emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well being. Arize [Together] is about building healing community amongst women who have experienced the worst impacts of sin and brokenness.”

Licensed Real Estate Broker and Director of Maintenance Fort Family Investments Brad joined our board in 2020 as an inaugural director. “Understanding how housing is commodified in both positive and negative ways, gives me insight on how to help survivors of human trafficking gain access to safe and affordable housing.”

President & CEO Operation New Hope Reggie joined the board of directors in 2023. One of my favorite quotes from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. sums up how I feel about the mission of Arize Together. He said, “If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” We embrace and inspire women to continue to grow and rebuild and their lives, regardless of the past. It’s exciting to have a front row seat to see so many life transformations.

Member Advisory CouncilThe women we serve have been speaking into the Arize Together community since the very beginning. Back in 2020, eight women made up the pilot team and were our foundation. Today, our Member Advisory Council consults with leadership on decisions that impact programming and member initiatives. They are paid for their time and their expertise.
