Belonging is a basic human need, an assurance that we are accepted and loved. At Arize Together, we are intentionally building a healthy community that breathes support into instability and shines light into the darkest corners. We value encouragement, laughter, healing and growth. We all have our struggles, and we all have something to give. ​

Who can be a member?

Membership is open to any woman who is committed to continuing a healthy and healing lifestyle
​and can benefit from our community.

Typically, we recommend about two years
of therapeutic programming prior
to joining Arize Together.
